Q. How do I login to place an order on ?
A. To order goods on our website you need to register as a customer to login. By registering you supply us with information such as your contact details, which will enable us to contact you if any problems arise and to deliver your order to you.

Q. What are the modes of payment you accept. Do you accept Paypal?
A. All credit and debit card payments are taken at the time of placing your order.
We accept all major cards like the Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro etc.
YES. We do accept Paypal.
We do not accept American Express. We do not accept Postal Cheques.

Q. Can I pay by Cheque or Postal orders?
A. No we do not accept Cheques or Postal orders.

Q. How do I change my account details?
A. Simply click 'Account' and log into the site. Here you can change your address, phone number & email address etc.

Q. What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
A. You can submit a request via our website by clicking on ‘My Account’ and entering your email address in the 'Forgotten Password' box.

Q. Can you post it to me outside the UK?
A. No we do not sell internationally hence no items will be despatched outside UK.

Q. I wasn’t home when you tried to deliver. Will you re-deliver?
A. Royal Mail or the Courier would have left a card through your letter box informing you that they tried to deliver your package. Please follow the instructions on the card to get your package and they might try to re-deliver it again to you.
