You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase on this website. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the card issuer to prevent fraud.
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. However because of differences between monitors the colour you see of the product may not accurately reflect its true colour.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information is kept secure. However unless we have been negligent, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected including VAT and delivery charges. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we have the right to cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
All credit and debit card payments are taken at the time of placing your order.
We accept all major cards like the Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro etc. We also accept Paypal.
We do not accept American Express. We do not accept Postal Cheques.
All Telephone card payments are manually processed by Streamline processing terminal.
You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received by us, and you will receive a receipt with your purchased items.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT are included, where applicable
generally badged items for Primary school children are Zero rated
Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Choose the mode of payment and proceed with the checkout.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note, we will not be held responsible if any orders which are undelivered or goes missing due to incorrect address provided by the customer during check-out, this includes any typing error. School Bells will not issue any refunds or send free replacements for this. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they provide the correct address and any claims by them for any missing parcels will be forefeited.
